ABOUT US

At USA Ninja Challenge, we are passionate about helping kids build confidence, strength, and resilience in a fun and encouraging environment. Our program is designed to do more than teach ninja skills — it helps children grow both physically

Djibril and RaShawna Coulibaly are the proud owners of USA Ninja Santa Maria.

RaShawna majored in Early Childhood Studies and then went on to work as an elementary school music teacher at Pacific Christian School for 10 years. Known there as Mrs. Cool, she had the opportunity to mentor countless children by connecting with them through her love of music and performing arts.

Djibril, also known as Coach Djibril, has been involved in youth and high school soccer coaching and leadership since 2006 . He has been a coach and board member with Santa Maria Youth Soccer, Coastal Valley Soccer Club, before landing as head coach and director of soccer operations at Saint Joseph High School. He favors using his passion for soccer to help children develop character.

Both very community oriented, RaShawna and Djibril look forward to using the sport of Ninja to continue their mission of positively impacting the youth.

----------

USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track & field. The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids! USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17.

Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills, and challenges. Ninjas who demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence, and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time.

Meet Our Coaches

Our coaches are the heart of our gym. They are here to encourage, challenge, and support every child who walks through our doors.

With dedicated coaches on our team, we work every day to help kids build confidence, learn new skills, and grow stronger both physically and mentally. We know that every child develops at their own pace, so our coaches focus on creating a positive, motivating environment where each athlete feels seen, supported, and successful.

From first-time beginners to more advanced ninjas, our coaches guide kids through obstacles and skill development with patience, enthusiasm, and care. More importantly, they help children believe in themselves. We love watching our athletes overcome fears, gain confidence, and have fun while doing it — and our coaches are a big part of making that happen.

At our gym, coaching is about more than teaching skills. It’s about helping kids become more confident, resilient, and proud of who they are.
